The villa is decorated in the provencal style and is bright and very comfortable, light and airy and is fully air-conditioned on the ground floor, (fans on upper floor). The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor; the master double, with en suite bathroom and a balcony, and the other room has 2 single beds. On Ground, an open-plan lounge/dining area, fully-fitted kitchen and visitors-WC on the ground floor.
The villa also has a large terrace with teak garden furniture facing south onto the garden and benefits from sun all day long. If you need to cool off, Riviera Park's 16m pool is just around the corner. The terrace is the perfect spot for outdoor dining or lounging from March through October.
The excellent central location means that a car is really not necessary, with even the beautiful old town of Antibes within walking distance, it's warrens of cobbled pedestrian streets, art galleries, boutiques and antique stores, the Provencal Market, Picasso Museum, Marineland with shark pool, and the millionaires' yachts of Port Vauban. The town of Cannes can also be easily reached via a short ten-minute train ride. Indeed, the entire coastline with towns such as Antibes, Cannes, Nice and Monte Carlo are all readily accessible by train (Juan-les-Pins train station is a 10-minute walk from the villa). You can also venture further afield to St. Paul de Vence, an amazing citadel town, which must be seen, or the famous Matisse Chapel nearby in Vence. The Home of Perfumery is also within reach in Grasse, and of course, the ultra-glamourous hustle and bustle of Cannes, Monaco and Nice, all easily accessible by public transportation.
